An experienced businesswoman, with over 20 years of diverse experience in entrepreneurship, management and marketing, Tovi has worked for some of Israel’s leading industrial companies. Tovi founded Orpheus Medical, a digital health company, and later became the CEO of Momsense, another digital healthcare company. Tovi holds both a B.Sc. in Industrial Management from the Israeli Institute of Technology (Technion) and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
Dr. Shai Chen-Gal
Dr. Shai Chen-Gal is a clinical psychologist and head of the mental health division at Amal Holdings. He is the head psychologist at the schools owned by the Ministry of Welfare. Shai holds a PhD cum laude from Tel Aviv University and has since published numerous articles and books that primarily focus on subjects relating to coping with stressful situations and crises. As of 2018, he leads the national program for suicide prevention through Amal Holdings.
In the past, Shai was head of the Israeli delegation to Japan for tsunami relief and provided psychological assistance to numerous children. Shai also developed and managed, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, several national and international psychotherapy projects that helped hundreds of thousands of children and teenagers throughout Israel and abroad. Shai is considered a leading expert in developing therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents.
Head of Psychology
Andres is a clinical and health psychologist. CEO and head psychologist of TELEM, a non-profit organization for Psychotherapy and Psychodiagnosis. He received his MA in clinical psychology from Tel Aviv University and is completing his PhD at Haifa University. After his clinical internship, Andres established a cognitive behavioral unit at the psychological services of Tel Aviv University, and then founded the psychosomatic clinic at Schneider Children’s Medical Center. For the past years, Andres has served as the head of the psychological services at the Edmond and Lily Safra Children’s Hospital at Sheba Medical center. He has been involved in various research projects conducted in pediatric anxiety and has published papers on biofeedback, CBT and Hypnosis.
